This hybrid role involves working both in-office and remotely, providing essential support to our recruitment processes. The position focuses on handling internal and external job postings, guiding candidates through the recruitment process, and performing administrative tasks to maintain a smooth operation within our team. Responsibilities:• Assisting in opening requisitions and managing internal and external job postings.• Guiding candidates through the recruiting process via our Applicant Tracking System.• Creating, preparing, and sending offer letters to hiring managers, processing candidates' acceptance, and transitioning them to the pre-employment screening phase.• Ensuring timely follow-up and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.• Anticipating potential issues and proactively problem-solving.• Participating in operations-based projects to help our Recruiting Team meet and exceed corporate objectives.• Assisting in managing department inventory and overseeing the shipping of event materials and display items in support of recruiting events.• Answering, assisting with, and routing incoming calls and emails.• Completing administrative tasks in an organized and detail-oriented manner.• Providing support across the Talent Acquisition Team as needed.
